01 Delivery & Surprises
We strive to make every delivery a wonderful surprise. However, to ensure timely service, we require accurate and complete address details. If the information is insufficient, we will contact the recipient directly. Rozzign holds no liability, and no refunds will be issued if a delivery is delayed or fails due to inaccurate details or lack of cooperation from the recipient.
02 Non-Refundable & Perishable Goods
Please note that most of our products (such as flowers and floral arrangements) are perishable. We maintain strict quality standards, meaning these items cannot be returned or resold. Full charges apply and no refunds will be granted if:
- The provided address is incorrect or incomplete.
- The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
- The recipient refuses to accept the order.
Refunds are only applicable to non-perishable stock items, such as Teddy Bears.
03 Equipment Rental Policy
Security Deposit: Any deposit paid for equipment rental is strictly non-refundable.
Liability & Damages: Upon receiving the equipment, the customer assumes full responsibility for its condition. In the event of any damage, breakage, or loss, a financial penalty will be charged based on the repair cost or full replacement value.
04 Payment & Fraud Prevention
Rozzign maintains a Zero Tolerance policy toward fraudulent activities. In case of unauthorized chargebacks, we reserve the right to contact the recipient for payment and pursue legal action to recover the funds.
05 Product Substitutions & Representation
Substitutions: To ensure on-time delivery, we reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with alternatives of equal or greater value.
Visuals: Website images are for illustration purposes (Studio Shots). While the quality and quantity remain consistent, the actual packaging and appearance may vary slightly. Complaints regarding visual variations will not be eligible for refunds.
06 Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds take 2-7 working days to process via the bank gateway. Customers are advised to follow up with their respective banks for any delays.
07 Deliveries to Restricted Locations
For deliveries to Hospitals, Hotels, Wedding Halls, or Funerals, we may be required to leave the order at the reception or security desk. In such cases, Rozzign cannot always provide a signed Proof of Delivery (POD) due to the nature of these venues.
08 Prohibited Use
Users may only use the Rozzign platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any attempt to scrape data, disrupt the website, or use the service for unauthorized commercial competition will lead to immediate account termination and potential legal action.
09 Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahraini courts.
